The technique involves painting the wing of the eyeliner following the shape of the eye. You want to apply the eyeliner to the corners of the eyes to give the eye a lengthening look. As a final touch, you can add a light smudge along the lash line.

Step by step:

1. Eyeshadow as a base

Start by applying a light eyeshadow to your eyelid as a base. Use the same eyeshadow
