PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with the price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including shipping. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.
Shipping terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen shipping method. We use traceable first-class shipping with PostNord for Swedish customers. Shipping is also traceable via the PostNord app or on Postnord.se.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The withdrawal period begins to run on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item – or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we provided information.

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but you may, of course, carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must first contact us. Never send a package back to us before you have contacted us. You are responsible for ensuring that the item reaches us in original condition, so make sure to pack the item well.
Cancelling an order
Our orders are packed very soon after the order is received so that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. This means it is difficult to cancel an order that will soon be handed over to PostNord. An order is canceled when you have received confirmation that it is canceled; it is not enough to email about canceling an order without receiving a confirmation.
Correct information when ordering
Always state your correct name and address on your order. If you have provided a name that is not yours or an incorrect address and your package is returned to us, we will charge SEK 49 for handling.

DELIVERIES
Lashandbrowlift.se uses PostNord as a transport partner for our deliveries. Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days from when the order is processed and shipped. We ship your order either the same day or the day after. If you have chosen express delivery, it takes 1-2 days. PostNord is responsible for the delivery to you, and we do everything to ensure timely delivery to you.
RETURNS
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. Always contact us before sending a package.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return the item to us.
Obligation to refund:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we must refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement items or if we have made a mistake.
