PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including shipping. Payment terms are listed in the shopping cart depending on the payment method chosen.

Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the shipping method chosen. We use trackable first class shipping with PostNord for Swedish customers. Shipping is also trackable through the PostNord app or at Postnord.se.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. If the contract concerns a specially made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information.

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose your right to withdraw.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must first contact us. Never send a package back to us before you have contacted us . You are responsible for ensuring that the item arrives in its original condition, so make sure to package the item well.

Correct information when ordering

Always provide your correct name and address on your order. If you have provided a name that is not yours or an address that is incorrect and your package is returned to us, we will charge 49 SEK for handling.

DELIVERIES

Lashandbrowlift.se uses PostNord as a transport partner for our deliveries. Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed and shipped. We ship your order either the same day or the next day. If you have chosen express, it will take 1-2 days. PostNord is responsible for the delivery to you and we do everything to ensure delivery to you on time.

RETURNS

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. Always contact us before sending a package.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us.

Repayment obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods or if we have made a mistake.
