Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Lashandbrowlift. The period starts on the day you received the goods. Tell us you wish to cancel by contacting hello@lashandbrowlift.se before you send anything back, so you get the correct return address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic and hygiene products where the seal has been broken, as they cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons.

We refund what you paid, including the original standard shipping, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you sent them. You pay the return shipping.

Faulty goods

If an item is broken or faulty, you have the right to make a complaint under consumer law for up to three years from purchase. Contact us at hello@lashandbrowlift.se as soon as possible after you discover the fault. We will replace the item or refund you at no cost to you, and pay the return shipping.
