How to apply eyeshadow:

1. Apply primer to your eyelids. An eyeshadow primer will ensure that your eyeshadow stays put for a long time without creasing. Apply with your fingers and wait half a minute before continuing with the eyeshadow.
2. Fill in the crease with a beige-pink shadow. A larger, slightly rounded and fluffy brush is perfect for shading.
3. Apply shimmery eyeshadow to your eyelids. Use a flat makeup brush to apply shimmery eyeshadow all over your eyelids. The flat brush makes it easy to get intense color on a clearly defined area, like your eyelid. The shimmer will highlight your eyelids nicely.
4. Brush dark shimmery eyeshadow onto the outer part of the eyelids. Use a rounded, fluffy brush for a softer color result and paint upwards and outwards to give the eyes a lift.
5. Use a larger fluffy brush to blend the eyeshadow nicely and paint a dark shade in the outer corner of your eyes to give your eye makeup more depth.
6. Choose a smaller brush with dense bristles and paint purple eyeshadow next to the lower lashes. The smaller rounded brush is perfect for shading under the eyes.
7. Spray setting spray on a small, dense brush and apply white shimmery shadow to the inner corner of your eye. The light shimmer in the corner of your eye will brighten up your look.
8. Highlight your lashes by framing your eyes with matte dark brown eyeshadow on an angled brush. Apply as close to your lashes as possible. Finish with setting spray to make your look last.

Which eyeshadow highlights your eyes best?

Brown eye color: choose eyeshadows in green, pink, gray, beige and blue tones.

Blue eye color: choose eye shadows in warm tones in orange, golden and brown shades.

Green eye color: choose eyeshadows in purple or red shades.
